It's been a rough week for me emotionally, but today I felt bit more light-hearted and rested. There's a lot on my plate right now (work and getting ready mentally and physically for these babes) and sometimes I wish I could just crawl into a hole and pretend for a few moments I don't have to think about anything. I could definitely feel the stress catching up with me; Friday night I think I was contracting about every 10 minutes. Not good.
Other than feeling overloaded, everything is going well. Those two statements probably shouldn't be said in the same sentence, but oh well. Wyatt is still hanging out low and making his presence known only when he feels it's necessary. Evie on the other hand keeps me on my toes. She has taken a liking to sticking out her butt or other limb and keeping it there. And she does it often. If I push her 'back in', she bounces right back. Sassy little thing...Boy, she is going to be a handful.
This week we have a tour at the hospital and I have a dr's appointment to check on measurements. Jason finished the tile in the kitchen on Friday night and it looks awesome! He really did a great job (I'm so proud of him) and he's promised no more 'projects' until after the babies are born.
Today I had my last baby shower. It was a great afternoon so thanks to Jenn, Sam and Tiffany for putting everything together!
