Rested Restored Refreshed
It happened one night and one night only, but it gave us hope. We fed at 11 o'clock and the babies slept until 4:30. I always look at the clock to see how long they made it and this time the words that came from my mouth was 'holy crap'! We were excited to attempt a repeat the following night, but quickly became aware we had no control over this so called 'routine' of sleeping through the night. We had a screaming child from 2:30 until 5:30.
Defeat, score one for the nuggets.
...but for that ONE day, we had a glimpse of what it will be like and we both felt Rested, Restored and Refreshed.
W&E are 6 weeks old today.
Wyatt somehow always lets me know that everything will be 'okay'.

They are heading in for an upper GI ultrasound this Friday morning to scope out if they have any internal twisting going on causing all the discomfort they seem to be battling. Friday will be a tough day as they can't eat 3 hours before the testing...my children demand food every 2 hours. Should make for an interesting attempt at keeping them calm.
I'm already realizing the outcome...

That was enough sleep to last you for the week, come on! :-) Wow, well good job to the two of them. Praying they will give you more of that!
Carter had reflux and keeping his crib elevated and allowing him to sleep on his tummy was the key. Not sure if that's what your little ones are battling with, but always throwing advice out there (tell me to stop, really)!
Beautiful pictures!
