Yesterday was another blood work day at the doctors. They wanted to check my progesterone level to determine if Jason needed to continue to abuse my bum with intramuscular shots. I also had them sneak in a third beta (hcg level) test. I wanted peace of mind...my ultrasound seems so far away even though it's next Wednesday.
Great news all around! My progesterone level came back at 120+ which means I no longer have to have the shots every night. This is fantastic...anytime you can avoid a 3 inch needle going into your ass is a good thing.
My Beta was also a HUGE sigh of relief. At 5 1/2 weeks my glorious beta 11, 035....eleven thousand thirty-five! I looked up online what it should be at the 5 week mark and the high zone is just over 7,000.
....could there be two?????
